National Cadet Corps (NCC)
At J.K.M. Sr. Sec. School, we are proud to offer the Air Wing of the National Cadet Corps (NCC), a prestigious platform that instills discipline, leadership, and patriotism in students. The NCC provides opportunities to develop essential life skills, embrace national pride, and contribute meaningfully to society.

Our Mission with NCC

Our NCC Air Wing program aligns with our school’s vision of nurturing students morally, intellectually, and socially. Through this program, we aim to:

Build confidence, courage, and resilience among cadets.

Promote values of discipline, responsibility, and community service.

Key Activities and Experiences

Our NCC Air Wing cadets participate in a wide range of enriching activities, including:

Aviation Training: Hands-on exposure to aviation basics, aeromodelling, and the fundamentals of flight.
Parades and Drills: Regular practice sessions to ensure precision and discipline.
Adventure Activities: Trekking, camping, and other outdoor experiences to build endurance and team spirit.
Social Service Initiatives: Community outreach programs such as cleanliness drives, blood donation camps, and environmental awareness campaigns.
Competitions and Camps: Participation in events such as Republic Day Camp (RDC), Combined Annual Training Camps (CATC), and adventure camps.

In October 2022, the NCC cadets of J.K.M. Sr. Sec. School participated in a week-long 189 Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC) organised by 1 Haryana Air Squadron NCC, Hisar. During the camp, they honed their skills in discipline, courage, and teamwork while participating in various activities and competitions. Our students proudly brought home several accolades:

Best Drill Trophy: Awarded for outstanding drill performance.
Solo Singing Competition:
- Gold Medal 🥇: Ritesh (Class 10).
- Silver Medal 🥈: Sneha (Class 10).
Solo Dance Competition:
- Gold Medal 🥇: Sakshi (Class 10).
Tug of War Competition: Out team comprising of JD Cadets won the Gold Medal 🥇.

Seats Availability

We offer 50 seats in the NCC Air Wing, exclusively for students of Classes 8, 9, and 10. These seats are equally divided:

25 seats for boys.
25 seats for girls.
