Latest passport size photographs of the child and parents/guardian (3 nos. each)

Self – attested photocopy of birth certificate of the child

Previous year’s or term’s mark sheet/ Report Card of the child

School leaving certificate of the child (wherever applicable)

A copy of Aadhar card of the child and parents/guardian

Proof of sibling (wherever applicable)

Self – attested photocopy of Family ID

Class 10 mark sheet and character certificate (only for student seeking admission in class 11)

  • Admissions to all the classes are ordinarily made in January and February for the academic year starting in April.
  • Admissions are made on the basis of merit.
  • Parents/ Guardians should fill out the application form and submit it at the school’s front desk. All the requirements mentioned in the Application form must be strictly followed.
  • The school reserves the right to dismiss those pupils from the school whose conduct is harmful to others. Immorality, grave insubordination, contempt of authority, any objectionable activity inside or outside the school premises, rude, disorderly behaviour, bullying, indulging in any violence during school hours or willful damage to school property, or repeated breaking of pupils’ code of conduct, is sufficient reason for immediate suspension. Repetition of the same will lead to dismissal with intimation to the parents.
  • If a student remains absent from the school for more than six consecutive days without prior sanction of leave or any written information, it is tantamount to voluntary withdrawal of the pupil by the parent and in such a case his/ her name will be automatically struck off from the attendance register. In case you wish him/ her to re-join, it will be granted on written assurance that the same will not be repeated. An application with an explanatory reason of absence along with a fine of Rs. 1000/- is a pre-requisite for re-joining within a month from the date of absence.

Withdrawals

J.K.M.Sr.Sec.School aims at excellence in all spheres connected with educating and bringing up children. We are confident that except for purely personal or family reasons a child will not be withdrawn till he/she has completed schooling. But in case it becomes imperative to withdraw a child, it may be done subject to the applicable rules and regulations.

  • Parents who wish to withdraw their son/ daughter must notify the Principal in writing, of their intention at least one month prior to the withdrawal of the pupil or fee for one month will have to be paid in lieu of the notice. Those who are leaving after the academic session should inform in the month of February.
  • All dues will have to be cleared before a transfer certificate is issued. A student applying for T.C. must obtain a no dues certificate from the school office.
  • Transfer certificate will be issued after a week of receiving the application.
